Mount Error

My dashboard shows a red “Mount Error”. What should I do?

A: This usually means your NAS or backup target is unreachable.

1. Check if the IP address in bmus.conf is correct.
2. Check if your NAS is awake and connected to the network.

• 3. BmuS tries to ping the NAS before mounting. If the ping fails, it aborts to prevent freezing.
